We are committed to keeping our neighbors informed and want to share with you the activities planned over the holiday season.
Beginning December 11th, there will be intermittent traffic interruptions on 3rd Street and Front Street.

Please proceed through this area with caution and watch for on-site direction throughout the day. Safety is our top priority on this project and to keep you and Old Town visitors’ safe, the following changes are in effect:

• Street parking on the South side of 3rd Street (next to the Hotel Project) is no longer permitted.
• Street parking immediately in front of the Truax Hotel Project Parking Structure site on the North side of 3rd Street is no longer permitted.
• Street Parking on the West side of Mercedes Street, directly adjoining the Hotel Project, will experience intermittent closures.
• Street Parking on the East side of Front Street, directly adjoining the Hotel Project, will experience intermittent closures.
• Pedestrian access on 3rd Street has been redirected to 2nd Street or Main Street.

Please note that The Swing Inn, Above and Beyond Salon and The Bridge on Third are open for business and street parking for their customers on Third Street remains available.
